WagWatch is available on the App Store for iPhone, on Google Play for Android, and on the web at app.wagwatch.app. Every way in shows the same data.
Most questions — reminders that did not arrive, adding a second pet, cancelling a subscription, getting your data out — are answered on the Help & FAQ page, with step-by-step fixes. If yours is not there, the form below reaches us directly.

What is Premium? An optional subscription ($3.99/month or $24.99/year, with a 14-day free trial) that unlocks unlimited pets, your pet's complete history, the AI assistant, photo attachments on any entry, vet share links, one-tap vet visit reports, custom report ranges, the AI Weekly Review, and an AI-powered weekly insights digest. How do I cancel or manage my subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so open More → WagWatch Premium → Manage subscription in the app, or your device's app-store subscription settings. Canceling keeps Premium until the end of the paid period.
I subscribed but Premium isn't showing. Open More → WagWatch Premium and tap Restore purchases on the device you bought it with. Still stuck? Email us.
What happens to my data if I stop paying? Nothing is deleted — the free plan shows the last 90 days, and everything you've ever logged comes back if you resubscribe. You can also export all of it free, any time.
Have a promo code? Promo codes are redeemed on the web app at app.wagwatch.app, under More → Premium. The Premium it grants applies everywhere you sign in, including your phone. App Store offer codes are different — redeem those in the App Store itself, and the subscription appears in WagWatch automatically. More about codes.
I forgot my password. Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, in the app or at app.wagwatch.app. We email you a code that lasts an hour, you pick a new password, and it works everywhere you sign in. Passwords need at least 12 characters, with an upper and a lower case letter, a number, and a symbol.
How do I export my data? Open More → Export Data on iPhone, on Android, or on the web app for a complete ZIP archive of everything you have logged. On the web, the History page can also export just the range you are viewing as CSV.
How do I delete my account? Open More → Delete Account on iPhone,
on Android, or on the web app at app.wagwatch.app. You
type DELETE to confirm, and it permanently removes your data.
